Ask HN: Shopify self hosted e-commerce alternative?

What do you recommend to physical product business which gets about 25-100 sales a day? I am a programmer myself but I do not like building something which already exists and e-commerce platform is boring for me also Shopify while is good but I need self hosted one for ideological reasons.
